We ask for your child’s name and photo during order.

Simply choose your product, upload your child’s photo, type their name, select a theme (if available), and add to cart. Then proceed to checkout with your details.
2. Can I order without uploading a photo?
Some products like books and mugs require both name and photo. If a product allows name-only personalisation, it will be clearly mentioned on the page.
3. How do I upload my child’s photo?
On the product page, there’s an option to upload your child’s photo. Make sure the image is clear, front-facing, and well-lit for best results.
4. What kind of photos work best for personalisation?
We recommend a smiling, front-facing photo with no filters, good lighting, and no distractions in the background — especially for cartoon-style edits.
5. Can I choose a custom theme for my product?
Yes! For select products like bottles and mugs, you can pick from themes like Doctor, Astronaut, Super Kid, and more — shown during ordering.
6. Can I personalise more than one item in a combo?
Yes. All items in combos like the School Kit (bottle, lunch box, tag, etc.) will be personalised with the same name and photo you upload.
7. I made a mistake in the name or photo. Can I change it after placing the order?
You can request changes within 1 hour of placing your order by messaging us on WhatsApp +91 8000448187. After that, the design process may begin and changes aren't guaranteed.
8. Will I see a preview before the order is printed?
Yes we do share previews by whatsapp before printing your order.
9. Can I order multiple products with different names or photos?
Yes. Just add each item separately to your cart with its own name and photo — perfect for gifting siblings or cousins.
10. I want to order for a school or bulk gifting. Is that possible?
Yes, we handle bulk or group orders for schools, events, and return gifts. Message us on WhatsApp for custom packages and offers.
1. How long does delivery take?
We usually deliver within 5–7 working days across India. Since every item is personalised, we start production after you place your order.
2. Do you offer express shipping?
At the moment, we offer standard shipping only. However, we always try to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
3. Do you deliver all over India?
Yes, we deliver to almost every pin code in India through reliable courier partners.
4. Can I track my order after placing it?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can also reach us on WhatsApp for updates.
5. Will I get updates about my order status?
Yes, we keep you updated at every stage — from order confirmation to shipping.
6. Do I have to pay extra for shipping?
No, we offer free standard shipping across India. The price you see is the final price.
7. What if I entered the wrong address?
Contact us within 1 hour of placing the order so we can correct it before dispatch. After shipping, we may not be able to change the address.
8. What happens if I miss the delivery?
The courier will usually attempt delivery again. You can also track the status and coordinate directly using the link we send.
9. Will all items in my order arrive together?
Yes, if you ordered a combo or multiple items, they will be packed and shipped together unless otherwise informed.
10. Do you deliver outside India?
Currently, we only ship within India. International delivery is something we’re working on for the future.
1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major UPI apps, credit/debit cards, and net banking. Payments are processed securely through trusted payment gateways.
2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No, we do not offer COD. All orders must be prepaid since each item is custom-made just for your child.
3. Is my payment safe and secure?
Yes, absolutely. We use SSL-encrypted payment systems to ensure your data is protected and transactions are secure.
4. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them. After that, your order enters the personalisation queue and cannot be cancelled.
5. Can I return or exchange my personalised product?
Since our products are made to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item is received damaged or with a personalisation error.
6. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If your item arrives damaged or with a mistake, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with a photo. We’ll review and send a replacement if needed.
7. How do I request a refund or replacement?
Message us on WhatsApp at +91 80004 48187 or email support@kidzook.com with your order number and issue. Our team will assist you quickly.
8. When will I receive my refund if approved?
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
9. What if I entered wrong personalisation details?
Please review your details carefully before placing the order. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 1 hour — we’ll fix it if it hasn’t gone into production.

3. I placed an order but didn’t receive a confirmation. What should I do?
Please check your spam or promotions folder. If you still can’t find it, contact us on WhatsApp at +91 80004 48187 with your payment screenshot.
4. Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
Yes, if the order hasn’t been processed for printing. Contact us within 2 hours of placing the order to request changes.
5. What if my product arrives damaged or has an error?
We’re very careful, but if something goes wrong, please send us a photo of the issue on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll review and resolve it quickly.
6. I uploaded the wrong photo. Can I send a new one?
Yes, if your order is still under process. Message us quickly with your correct photo and order ID so we can update it.
7. Do you have a cancellation policy?
Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them. Once personalization starts, cancellations are not possible.
8. My order is delayed. What should I do?
Check your tracking link first. If it hasn’t moved in 48 hours or more, message us — we’ll speak to the courier and update you.
9. Can I reorder the same product again?
Absolutely! Just drop us a message with your previous order number and we’ll help you reorder with the same design or with updates.
