Because of the custom nature of our items, we offer replacements only under the following conditions:
- If the product is damaged during shipping.
- If there is a manufacturing defect.
- If the wrong product is delivered.

- We do not accept returns or exchanges for personalized products unless there is an error on our part.
- Requests for replacement must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
- Please share unboxing videos/photos as proof while raising a replacement request.
