At Kidzook, every product is specially personalized just for you.
Because of the custom nature of our items, we offer replacements only under the following conditions:

  • If the product is damaged during shipping.
  • If there is a manufacturing defect.
  • If the wrong product is delivered.

Please Note:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for personalized products unless there is an error on our part.
  • Requests for replacement must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Please share unboxing videos/photos as proof while raising a replacement request.
